WOMEN IN OUR COMMUNITY: One of the loving characteristics of our beloved First Lady Trudell was her dedication to help women in our community. The Women of Metropolitan are committed to continuing her legacy. We will be making financial donations to several/organizations that support needy women in the community and we are asking for your help in this endeavor. Please designate “Charitable Donations” on your offering envelope. We thank you for your participation in this project

OVERCOMERS SUPPORT MINISTRY The Overcomers ministry is still having conference call meetings and working out problems. Whether it's an Addiction, Divorce or Abuse. If you are in need of having somewhere to talk about issues you may be trying to deal with on your own, we have a group for you. We have discreet and private conversations. What is said in Overcomers, Stays in Overcomers. We meet every Wednesday via conference call at 1-425-436-6302 access code 818334#. If you are in need of a place to talk and not be judged come join us. Men and Women welcome.

Help Wanted: The Audio/Media Ministry is seeking volunteers to assist in operating our sound board, working our computers, managing our social media accounts and updating our Website. Training is available. If you can dedicate one Sunday out of the month it would be greatly appreciated. Please see Deacon Leonard Brown, Jr. for more details and to sign up.

The Women’s Ministry has restarted the church clothes give away monthly on the 1st Saturday, from 9:00am – 12:00pm. The ministry is still requesting slightly used and clean clothing to provide to those in need. We are also requesting volunteers to assist in setting up the display tables and racks. In addition, we would like to offer prayer to those who drop by, therefore we need Prayer Warriors to be present to offer prayer for them. Please contact Mildred Hargraves if you can assist with the clothes give away at (626)791-3369.
